Delivery Info

Good evening all,

 

As a result of continued failed and late deliveries we are putting courier on hold until the network starts to ease, unfortunately we are not able to constantly refund these as it takes too long to get our money back from the courier company.

We are still sending out to Jersey, but please note we can only send what will fit into 2 Poly Boxes measuring Approximately 400x300x300mm, due to the shape of some items we may need to refund anything that wont fit.

This is sent on a 48hr service, and we will not accept liabilty for any late of missing deliveries.

In order to sustain the business we are no longer able to offer free deliveries all areas will carry a fixed charge.

As a business our customers are always top priority and we fully understand that not everyone can hold multiple weeks worth of food in the freezers! Also that some may be be worried about being out in the general population or maybe temporarily unable to leave their homes 

So, taking the current conditions into account we will be opening up the delivery option to Monday, Tuesday Thursday and Fridays.

Wednesday we deliver to our Sub Depot in Salisbury and Gillingham so we can drop to the Blandford area at the same time.

The plan is to deliver to the following areas on the following days, all deliveries are taken out in a temperature controlled vehicle.

 


Monday and Thursday.
Hamworthy, Poole, Canford Heath, Bournemouth, Parkstone, sandbanks, 

Tuesday.

Lytchett, creekmoor, Broadstone, Corfe Mullen, Wimbourne, Ferndown, 

Wednesday

Blandford,

Friday 

Wool, Bere Regis, wareham, swanage Weymouth, Dorchester.

Weymouth, Portland and Dorchester due to distance have a minimum order amount of £30.00

 

For delivery Monday, Order before 12.00 on Saturday,

For Tuesday, Order Before 12.00 on Monday, 

For Thursday, Order Before 12.00 on Wednesday,

For Friday, Order before 12.00 On Thursday.

 

All Orders received after these times will go onto the next route available.


Anyone outside these areas we may still be able to accommodate but please call, or message us before placing orders.


We would prefer all orders to be done via the website but anyone that struggles please pm the page and we will arrange to call you to process the order over the phone, however please note that there may be a delay in this as we are packing orders and out delivering.

We will operate a no contact system where we will ask you to give us a leave safe location at time of order and ask you to please refrain from coming to the door as we arrive.
This is the safest option for you and also us.


We are doing as much as we can to help and support you, and we will continue to do so as long as we physically can going forward, through these uncertain times.
