Free Local Delivery on a Wednesday

Last Delivery on our van is Wednesday 18th, will resume on the 15th January 2020. 

we will be offering a delivery service on a Wednesday between 9.00 and 13.00 weekly.

The areas covered will be the following and will be free of charge.

  • Hamworthy
  • Poole town
  • Upton
  • Creekmoor
  • Lytchett Minster/Matravers
  • Broadstone
The following areas are also covered on a Wednesday but will be charged at £5.00
  • Bournemouth
  • Boscombe
  • Parkstone
  • Sandbanks
  • Corfe mullen
  • Canford Heath
The minimum delivery amount is 10kg.
We will be delivering in my van so not refrigerated hence staying local.
Any orders that are not within these areas or added to the wrong delivery route at checkout will automatically be refunded unless a prior arrangement has been made with us before ordering.

 

All courier deliveries are now on stop until the new year,

 Next Day service Via Parcel Force (minimum order of 10 kg)

UK mainland :  £10.59 for the first 30 kg and then £7.30 per additional 30 kg to the same address

 

48 hr service via Parcel Force.

Channel Islands £18.91 per 25 kg

(These 48 hr orders are only dispatched on Monday and Tuesday)

 

 Orders are sent in twin walled boxes and wrapped in either a silver reflective bubble foil with gel pack,  Poly box or a heavy duty style bubble wrap depending on the type of products. - if in the rare event delivery is late and food partially defrosts its quite safe to refreeze on its arrival,

We dispatch orders on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, any orders placed after 1pm on a Thursday may not be dispatched until Monday, we DO NOT ship on a Friday

 

On occasions couriers may deliver your parcel at 48 hours, not 24 hours. These circumstances are out of our control therefore we do NOT guarantee a next day delivery service. Please do not order for next day delivery if you are not able to accommodate a delay to 48 hrs.  Our boxes should keep everything frozen for 48 hours. We will not replace or refund orders that have been rejected by the customer when delivered at 48 hours. 
Our couriers will leave safe, it is your responsibility to inform us if you do not have a safe place to leave your order. If you do not have a safe place you MUST be in to sign for your order. If you order is taken back to the local depot it is your responsibility to collect or arrange another delivery.  We will not accept liability for missing orders that have shown to be left by the GPS tracking from our couriers.
